Terryann Sweeney
Patient Access Representative

Terryann is a compassionate caregiver who has been with BJC EAP since 2019 and BJC HealthCare since 2000.  She is responsible for EAP call center operations, scheduling appointments and coordinating response to critical incident requests.  Her role is to welcome all callers seeking services and facilitate all scheduling details for a successful client experience.  In addition, Terryann coordinates all EAP client satisfaction surveys and result reporting.
