BJC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultant C.J. Massie has earned the Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential. The CEAP is an experience-based certification obtained through a rigorous process. It expresses a professional’s commitment to developing knowledge and skills for providing effective counseling, case management and solutions for employee and employer needs specific to EAP services.
